I worked with patients whose personal experiences made incredibly compelling and inspirational stories. That brought home to me how vital is to know your customer’s journey. And what a difference that makes to informing your design.
Combined with my existing skillset, the practical application of UX with thorough research helps me build content that is both engaging and powerful. People forget facts and pretty pictures, but they never forget a great story or how it made them feel.
